احفظوها جيدا .... أول 1/3 هي نسبة الفرز من المصدر.... في المنازل في المكاتب ...  وثاني 1/3 هي نسبة ما يمكن أن يعالج في معامل المعالجة... وآخر 1/3 هي الملعونة المنبوذة المسمومة القذرة.... هي المشكلة وهي الكارثة ... هي النفايات التي تمثل حضارتنا الفعلية الحقيقية ... بالأذن من كبيرنا سعيد عقل...

حضارة الكيميائيات والسموم والقذارة التي اخترناها واخترعناها واستوردناها لخير المجتمع وانقلبت علينا نفايات غير قابلة للمعالجة...
أخر 1/3 هي مؤشر حضاري يضعنا في قمة الدول القذرة والغير طبيعية والغير بيئية والغير منطقية ...
مشكلتي مع بعض البيئويين ... الشعراء ... الحالمين .... الساكنين في كواكب أخرى انهم لا يريدون أن يدرون ..... ماذا يفعلون ....
بدل الاعتراف اننا حتى اليوم بنينا مجتمع قذر في سلوكياته وثقافته ... ويجب العمل على سبب قذارته ....يطنشون عن هذه الحقيقة ... ويبيعوننا شعرا شعبويا فارغا ...  لا يقدم ... بل يؤخر ....

ولا للطمر ولا للحرق ولا للترحيل... وكلنا للوطن ....
بدل تغيير نفوسنا وسلوكياتنا وثقافتنا واستيرادنا وحوافزنا ... نريد تغيير الارقام ...والعلم والواقع ...والحقيقة.
عن اخر 1/3 ... صرخ رئيس بلدية الجديدة وقال ... ماذا افعل بها ..؟
عن اخر 1/3 ... بح صوتنا ونحن نقول لا حل الا بتغيير ثقافتنا وحتى ذلك الوقت ...لا حل الا بالطمر او الحرق او الترحيل ... حتى نصبح على مجتمع مثقف بيئيا ...

شيطنوا المطامر ... وشيطنوا اجيال المحارق كلها ...  وشيطنوا الترحيل ...

فصح بهم المثل الشهير لا بيعملوا ولا وبيعملوا  ولا بزيحوا من الدرب ...

هذه هي الحقيقة ... الساطعة ... :  نحن مجتمع قذر بكل المعايير العالمية والعلمية ...
و ما زال صوت الربابة في الخلفية .... ينوح ... في امسية شعرية مملة ... يُسكب الشعر والخمر فيها ...في قوالب احلام وردية مركبة ... تبكي الصخر ...
والرفيق تشي غيفارا ...صامد في جبال الصوان ... يقاوم عند مدخل المطمر ... يلقي الخطاب تلو الخطاب بصوته المبحوح... يضمّن الرسائل ... ويرسلها صواريخاً الى الاقطاع وحكام الارض ... الظالمين ...
مشهد يدمي العين ... قلبي عليكم ايها الرفاق ... الحائرون ... وانتم ... تفكرون ... وتتساءلون .... قلبي عليكم ... وعلى هذه النهاية ... التي اردتموها ... لفيلم النفايات الطويل ...

انا صار لازم ودعكم ....

لكن النار تحت الرماد .... فالفساد اكل ضربة على الرأس وتهادى لكنه لم يلفظ النفس الاخير بعد ...
يا اوادم الوطن اتحدوا ....
عفا الله عن ما مضى ... الكل حاول على طريقته ...اضاع البوصلة ....ام اكل المطاليب ... ما بيهِم؟
.ليس وقت المعاتبة ...
انه وقت اعادة ترتيب الصفوف ... واِعادة الهيكلة ... اخذ العبر ...والتحضير للجولة المقبلة من الحرب  ... فالفساد... راجع ...

اينما كنتم ... في الدولة ...في المجتمع ... في الوطن ام في المهجر ...
الفساد راجع ... على شكل شينوك او شوكلينات او مجالس اعمارية ... جنوبية او شمالية ...
فالفساد طور نفسه ايضا ...وأصبح لديه مناعة على المضادات الحيوية ...
كالحرباء سيأخذ اشكال احببناها ... ربما على شكل زعيم ... او حزب ... او جمعية ... او خبير ..او حملة... من يدري ؟
ترقبوه ان يدخل من الطاقة اذا ما سدت كل الابواب ... من مجارير الصفقات ... من بواليع الحمامات ...

ويا وزارة البيئة ... انت ام الصبي ... لم يعد هناك عذر ... شواغر ...ميزانية ...وزارات سيادية مهيمنة ...طوائف ... محاصصة ....مجلس وزراء .... انها الفرصة السانحة ليعلو الصوت ... ولنضرب على الطاولة ... ومعنا كل الاوادم ... ونعلن البيان البيئي الرقم واحد ...
لا صفقات على حساب البيئة بعد اليوم ...
لا صوت يعلو فوق صحة الناس ...

The United Nations Urban Environmental Accords are a series of implementable goals that can be adopted at the city level to achieve urban sustainability, promote healthy economies, advance social equity and protect the world’s ecosystems. By achieving success at the city level, the multilateral city commitments of the Urban Environmental Accords can inspire and mobilize expanded commitment at the national level. The Urban Environmental Accords build on and continue the legacy of the 1972 Stockholm Conference on the Human Environment, the 1992 Rio Earth Summit, the 1996 Istanbul Conference on Human Settlements, the 2000 Millennium Development Goals and the 2002 Johannesburg World Summit on Sustainable Development.

Any City or County in the Arab World that meets the qualifying criteria for membership in Baldati Green Cities  (BGC) is encouraged to apply for membership.

All BGC members have demonstrated leadership in achieving effective solutions to the environmental challenges faced by urban communities.  The bar for BGC membership is high, by design.  Pre-requisites include the adoption of:

1. A climate action plan or a sustainability plan, or a commitment to have one adopted by the end of the year in which application for membership is made; and
2. The Conference of Mayors Climate Protection Agreement.

In addition, members are asked to work with their City Councils or Boards of Supervisors in adopting the BGC Sustainability Resolution within one year of gaining membership.  The resolution outlines two specific sustainability policies BGC members pledge to advance in their jurisdictions:

1. Purchase of “100% post-consumer recycled” paper for all government operations and
2. Elimination of the purchase of bottled water for government operations and government sponsored events.

Member Dues

Membership dues in BGC are determined by population and range from $1000 - $15,000 annually. BGC’s Member Dues policy is available on request.

Our Mission is to accelerate local, regional, national and international adoption of sustainability policies and practices through collaborative effort.

Opportunity: The adoption of local environmental policies can have a profound impact on environmental protection, and a well-crafted local ordinance can help shape state policy.

Problem: Developing such legislation, however, is exceedingly time-consuming.

Solution: BGC has created this easily accessible and free repository of Best Practices in sustainability policy that cities and counties can download and adapt for their communities. We provide everything needed to justify and directly implement new policy, including the policy document, staff report, and outreach materials.

Best Practices are organized around the seven categories of the Urban Environmental Accords: Energy, Waste Reduction, Urban Design, Urban Nature, Transportation, Environmental Health and Water.
