JOB DESCRIPTION :

A coordinator in Baldati is mainly responsible for setting up, devising and guiding multiple participants through a series of programmed elements to achieve their desired outcomes by way of experiential learning in a professional manner.

The required tasks may include:

- Supporting in Baldati Events

- Making contacts

- Arranging meetings with groups

- Attending training workshops

- Online support

       

 

EDUCATION / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :

       

Education Degree :

Minimum of a Bachelor Degree

       

Education Area :

Any

       

Work Experience :

Minimal

       

Required Skills :

Ø  basic skills in Windows software

Ø  Good communication skills

Ø  Good journalism skills

       

Duties and tasks:

Ø  Working with people to develop their skills, competencies and personal development needs in order to make positive contributions in their community.

Ø  Leading and facilitating planning with group individuals to craft their own support arrangements and to develop and implement individualized or community service proposals.

Ø  Coordinating with all Baldati staff and using all its services and resources.

Ø  Working with people to build meaningful and supportive connections with their families and communities through a range of interests and access to community members, activities, products and services.

Ø  Listening and responding to people, including working with people to establish the right relationship that respects and protects people’s and communities rights and dignity.

Ø  Work closely with the BALDATI-project team and support the team in all activities implemented

Ø  Undertake other duties as assigned by the BALDATI- Project team

Ø  Report weekly to the Project Manager and prepare along bi-weekly reports to the BALDATI-project team.

Ø  Support all units or departments as required
