Uploading a video instructions:

Go to www.baldati.tv  and click on ADD A VIDEO on the right toolbox then upload the video after you have followed the following steps for the video need to be in a specific format or you always have the choice to send the video you wish to post to tv@baldati.com. And we will post it for you.

When you install the program and open it:

1.       Choose your video source. (The original video file)

2.       Set the video Movie size/resolution, for example 320x240. You might need to enable the “deinterlace” option if the output video at the end doesn’t look smooth.

3.       Set the Framerate, use same as your video source, for example 25fps.

4.       Set the Bitrates, higher bitrates means better quality but bigger file size. I suggest you try 128 kbps at first.

5.       Set the Audio settings, audio bitrates 56 kbps, 22khz and mono or stereo.

6.       Set the Output folder.

7.       Encode! It will take some time. Check the output folder and a flv file should be created. If not, then it doesn't work. You can try to encode with another program.

 N.B: Each and every video to be posted on www.baldati.tv will be checked and if found to be unfit to be posted on Baldati.com will be removed. The videos encouraged to be posted will be relating to a problem in a village, event, beautiful views or sites, weddings, prom, home made comedy…
