Apple'n Spice



·  12 apple’n spice donut holes

·  250 ml liquid whipping cream

·  Cinnamon sticks

·  ½ tablespoon cinnamon powder

·  1 apple

·  2 teaspoon sugar




1.Over low heat. Heat 4 tablespoons of cream with 2 cinnamon sticks for 3 minutes

2.Allow to cool and discard cinnamon sticks

3.In mixing bowl, whip remaining cream and sugar

4.Add cinnamon cream mixture and allow to cool for 30 minutes

5.Arrange apple’n and spice donut holes in a plate and add the cinnamon cream mixture

6.Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top

7.Decorate with fresh apple and cinnamon sticks
