The honorable Time Out Beirut magazine and in the occasion of its 40th year since it started out as a humble newsletter in London in 1968 by founder Tony Elliot ,introduced its 40 stars “the Lebanese who make the capital great”.

Beirut, the city who has hundreds of people having  remarkable stories  to tell, Time Out magazine set the choice on only 40 and happily David Frem was one among them.

The Time Out 40 special edition was distributed during a reception held at Palais Cristal Mono under the patronage of the British ambassador on March, 17th 2009.

We had the great pleasure in this event to meet remarkable people, the people who spend their lives trying to make a difference in the country, to gain worldwide recognition for Lebanon.

Now, more than ever our city needs besides people achieving great accomplishments, people to motivate them and our last words shall be a thank you to Time Out magazine team for their encouragement and support to the Lebanese dream.
