
Saif 840 opens at Byblos Festival
Saif 840, a classic Mansour Rahbani play, opened at Byblos Festival on August 8 at Byblos International Festival to relive Rahbani’s legacy in composing fascinating music and great theatrical stories such as Saif 840. Marwan Rahbani directed the historical story of people eager to live freely and with dignity against all odds.
It is co-composed and orchestrated by Elias, Marwan, Ghady and Oussama Rahbani and starring Ghassan Saliba, Antoine Kerbage and Hiba Tawaji. The play will go on until the 12th of August so make sure you watch this cultural and historic play. The opening witnessed a crowd of many including the Minister of Tourism Elie Marouni and other politicians, businessmen and celebrities.
